Go to Office 365 Admin Center
- Go to https://portal.office.com/
- Click on Admin
Install Dynamics Portal for your CRM instance
- Click on Dynamics 365 from left navigation menu in Admin Center
- Click on Solutions from Instances Tab
- Select the type of the portal that you want to install for your organization and click on Install.
Note: Installation will take 20 mins approximately
Configure/Provision Portal
- Go to the Dynamics 365 Administration Center, and then select the Applications tab.
- Select the "Portal Add-on" on and click on Manage
- Fill the necessary details like Portal URL, Type of portal, Default Language, Dynamics CRM instance etc.
Note: You can configure the fully qualified domain name after the portal is provisioned.
